Return & Refund Policy
Any packages returned to us by USPS with an error code (unclaimed, no such number, insufficient address, etc.) will be given the option of a resend for a small fee or arefund to you (the customer), less a 30% restocking fee. You will be notified via email. If we do not receive a response, no action is taken.
This policy regards all items in the Brightbox product feed. We accept returns within 30 business days. Any questions or concerns regarding this policy can be directed to support@brightboxes.com.
